I've been running the Exchange DST update today on all my mailboxes company-wide. Mailboxes in the Central time zone were extracted using the msextmzcfg.exe tool and are listed as Pacific time. What would cause this discrepancy?

There were some improvements in the Exchange tool, please verify that you are using the latest version of the tool.
