We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 06/03, 12:40 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 06/03, 10:40 UTC and that during the 2 hours that it took to resolve the issue a few customers would have experienced issues while creating new custom logs in France Central location.

- Root Cause: The failure was due to an authentication issue in one of our dependent services.

We are aware of issues within Log Analytics and are actively investigating. Some customers in France Central may experience issues while accessing their data in the Azure Portal.
