We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 11/15, 15:56 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 11/15, 14:20 UTC and that during 1 hour 36 minutes that it took to resolve the issue subset of customers in West Europe might have experienced data access issues while accessing data for Log Analytics and latency in Log Search Alerts.
