We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 01/14, 15:10 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 01/14, 08:30 UTC and that during the 6 hours 40 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some of the customers in East US and North Europe experienced data latency for Application Insights and false alerts for Log Search Alerts.
