Final IE10 updates for Windows Server 2012 and Windows Embedded 8 Standard

The final updates for Internet Explorer 10 will be published on Tuesday, February 11, 2020. After that date, all updates, paid assisted support options, and technical content updates for Internet Explorer 10 will be discontinued.

If you are running Windows Server 2012 and Windows Embedded 8 Standard—and still using Internet Explorer 10—please note that, in February of 2020, we will change the Internet Explorer 11 standalone update from an Optional Update to a Recommended Update. For customers using Windows Update, this means that the update will be available in the Important section of Windows Update instead of Optional. If you use WSUS, the Update Type will now be displayed as Recommended.
