Introducing remote deployment guidance for MDATP and OATP

As announced here, Microsoft is fully committed to helping you realize the value of Microsoft 365 security solutions by deploying them more quickly to address your business needs. In addition to the support we already offer to help you secure identities, Microsoft FastTrack now provides remote deployment guidance worldwide to help you secure your email and endpoints with:

• Microsoft Defender ATP: A unified endpoint security platform for preventative protection, post-breach detection, automated investigation, and response. 

• Office 365 ATP: A cloud-based email filtering service that helps protect organizations against malware, viruses and safeguard against harmful links in real time. It also includes rich reporting and URL tracing capabilities that give administrators insight into the kind of attacks happening in your organization.

The FastTrack team provides remote guidance, engaging directly with customers or partners. This is an ongoing benefit throughout the life of your eligible subscription, delivered by Microsoft and approved partners.

FastTrack supports the new Microsoft Edge

On January 15, 2020, Microsoft announced the new Microsoft Edge as the browser for business, offering world class performance and compatibility, security by Microsoft, and productivity tools for the web. Microsoft Edge helps to increase your security, consolidate multiple browsers, and maximize investments already made in the Microsoft stack.

FastTrack now provides deployment guidance for the new Microsoft Edge for customers with 150 or more licenses of Windows 10 Enterprise.  If your site works in Internet Explorer 11, Google Chrome, or the current version of Microsoft Edge, then it works in the new version of Microsoft Edge. And if it doesn’t work, we’ll help you fix it at no additional cost through the App Assure program. We’re the only company that can make that guarantee.
