The Imagine Cup empowers students across the globe with the tools and resources to turn their passion into purpose, combining the opportunity to develop key business and technology skills through hands-on innovation. This competition brings together the best young developers who have a vision and want to make a difference in the world.
Our final group of 2020 Imagine Cup teams has been selected with the announcement of the Americas Regional Finalists! Out of hundreds of students, these 10 teams were chosen to advance for their innovative Azure-based technology solutions.
They will travel to Mexico City and pitch their projects live for a chance at prizes totaling USD20,000 and the last two spots in the 2020 World Championship. During their Regional Final journey, teams will also participate in an Entrepreneurship Day hosted by the U.S. Department of Global Innovation through Science and Technology (GIST) to refine their business pitches, receive mentorship from Microsoft experts, and experience cutting-edge technical innovation at Microsoft Ignite the Tour.
