On Thursday 4/9/2020, Microsoft’s Jim Warner and Scott Cranfill presented a way for healthcare providers to enable their patients to connect virtually with family and friends. This allows hospitalized patients to reach their loved ones, even when they cannot have visitors in person and don't have access to their usual personal devices like smartphones. Jim and Scott showed us an end-to-end solution that enables chat, audio, and video in either one-to-one or multi-partied communications.
