With the release of version 1.5.1 Bluetooth Test Platform (BTP) software package, we added support for Bluetooth Virtual Sniffer (BTVS) a graphical tool that enables developers to collect the HCI packets between Windows and the Bluetooth radio controller. Developers can then view them live in a supported packet analyzer tool either running locally on their test machine or connected over IP. The currently supported packet analyzer formats are: Wireshark, Ellisys Bluetooth Analyzer, and Frontline Protocol Analysis System .
