New PnP Measure Failure Report now available

Microsoft evaluates driver quality to reach a decision about releasing a driver through quantifiable metrics defined as measures.  PnP measures look at whether a driver installs without error and is the focus of this new report. 

Starting July 1, 2021, if your driver is rejected or cancelled due to failing one of the driver installation measures (listed below), you will receive a PnP Extended flight report with additional telemetry data related to those failures.
