We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 08/26, 08:22 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 08/26, 06:15 UTC and that during the 2 hours and 07 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some customers may have experienced intermittent data gaps and incorrect alert activation in West Europe region.
- Root Cause: We identified that a recent deployment that introduced an change to a backend service output configuration, which was causing requests to throttle resulting in data failures.
