Experiencing Data Gaps issue in Azure Portal for Many Data Types – 11/09 – Resolved

We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 11/09, 04:40 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 11/09, 04:10 UTC and that during the 30 minutes that it took to resolve the issue, some customers may have experienced intermittent data gaps and incorrect alert activation.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to one of our dependent service failure.
  • Incident Timeline: 30 minutes - 11/09, 04:10 UTC through 11/09, 04:40 UTC
We understand that customers rely on Application Insights as a critical service and apologize for any impact this incident caused.
