We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 11/30, 17:00 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 11:30, 14:30 UTC and that during the 2 hours and 30 minutes that it took to resolve the issue customers experienced either failed or misfired alerts.

- Root Cause: The failure was due to a bad deployment causing alert rules to potentially not run.
