Experiencing Data Access Issue in Azure portal for Log Analytics – 03/25 – Resolved

We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 3/25, 00:59 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 3/25, 00:00 UTC and that during the 59 minutes that it took to resolve the issue, customers using Log Analytics may have experienced issues accessing your data as well as missed or delayed alerts.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to a sudden increase in load.
  • Incident Timeline: 59 minutes - 3/25, 00:00 UTC through 3/25, 00:59 UTC
We understand that customers rely on Azure Log Analytics as a critical service and apologize for any impact this incident caused.
