Experiencing Data Access issue in Azure Portal for Many Data Types – 06/13 – Resolved

We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 06/13, 02:57 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 06/13, 02:33 UTC and that during 24mins that it took to resolve the issue, some customers using Application Insights in East US may have experienced issues accessing data as well as missed or delayed alerts.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to dependent backend services.
