Microsoft Viva Topics at KMWorld November 7-10, 2022

Twice each year, our WorkLab team updates our Work Trend Index that helps illuminate the transformations across workforces around the world. In our latest report, the results emphasize the importance of building a culture around employee impact, connection, and career growth. And Microsoft Viva can help with many of the gaps that were identified.

Our WorkLab team surveyed 20,000 people in 11 countries about their current work experience.  Key findings include:

  • 87% of employees report they are productive at work -- but only 12% of leaders have full confidence their team is productive.

  • 76% of employees would stay at their company longer if they could benefit more from learning and development support.

In a work-world where meetings per week have increased by 153%, workers don’t have spare time to spend searching for knowledge or trying to figure out which peer to connect with. Organizations can help alleviate this burden by implementing key employee experience tools such as Microsoft Viva Topics, that help their employees stay on task and close gaps on organizational knowledge.
