The Windows Audio Team has developed several new measures to facilitate the evaluation of audio drivers.
Measure 39415262 is used to track audio client initialization (ACI) render stream initialization failures. Our measure will track the percentage of devices with at least one ACI render stream initialization failure.

Measure 39415321 is used to track audio client initialization (ACI) capture stream initialization failures. Our measure will track the percentage of devices with at least one ACI capture stream initialization failure.

Measure 27539296 is used to track audio client initialization (ACI) render failures. Our measure will track the percentage of device endpoints with at least one audio stream initialization render failure.

| Machine vs. Instance | Endpoint level on a machine (each machine can have more than one audio endpoint). |
| Passing Criteria | <=4% of devices have at least 1 audio stream initialization failure |
Measure 27539331 is used to track audio client initialization (ACI) capture failures. Our measure will track the percentage of device endpoints with at least one audio stream initialization capture failure.

These measures are currently in evaluation for the next 30 days. They will become active for making driver approval decisions on 11/7/2022.
