We’re pleased to announce support for the Microsoft Lists – MSA Preview within Microsoft Lists for iOS and Android – now available. You can sign into Microsoft Lists with multiple accounts for Microsoft 365 work and school and a single Microsoft account (MSA*).
*MSA stands for Microsoft account – the same account you use to log into Outlook.com or Xbox Live. You can access Microsoft Lists – MSA Preview for iOS or Android for free using your MSA account. If you don’t have an MSA, they’re free to create.
Microsoft Lists at the tap of your fingertips – a fully functional information tracker while on the go
Microsoft Lists is a Microsoft 365 app that helps you track information and organize your work. Start by creating and sharing lists with your work colleagues, partners, your soccer team, or your volunteer groups. We’ve designed the app off the core of Microsoft Lists – for job applications, employee onboarding, house or apartment hunting, charitable donations, college applications, internal events, recipes and menus, gift lists, and more.
We’re excited to see what sorts of information tracking goodness you create during preview, and how you share it all. Create, use, and share your information with anyone, anywhere while on the go with a personalized, mobile-first experience. Note: In the screenshots below, we alternate between showing the experience for iOS and Android – and all capabilities are the same across both platforms.
Stay organized – Track and manage contacts, work and life events, home maintenance, and more.
Easy to start – Use built-in templates to create lists in seconds.
Anywhere access – Create and work on lists and list items from your devices, anywhere you go.
Share and Collaborate – Bring people to your information and keep everyone in sync.
Switch to a bigger screen – Go from mobile to desktop with lists.live.com; don’t worry, your data stays in sync across devices – a single source of truth with multiple entry points.
Sign in with multiple accounts – Easily switch from personal and work accounts, supporting the ability to sign in with a Microsoft account and a work or school organization ID for Microsoft 365.
