General Availability: November 2022 Feature Wave for Azure SQL Managed Instance

The November 2022 Feature Wave for Azure SQL Managed Instance is now available for all subscription types for instances running in new subnets. It includes faster provisioning, zone redundancy, start/stop and support for distributed transactions.
