Are you ready to learn more about the new Microsoft Planner? We have three upcoming event ‘tasks’ for you – several opportunities to see the new Microsoft Planner, ask questions, and to provide direct feedback to the team.

• “Meet the makers and learn what’s coming next” [Online | Wednesday, April 3rd, 2024, from 10:00am – 10:40am PDT]
• “New Planner AMA” [Online | Thursday, April 4th, 2024, from 10:00am – 11:30am PDT]
• “New Planner: Unifying Task Management in Microsoft Teams” [In-person breakout session at The Microsoft 365 Community Conference (Orlando, FL | April 30 – May 2, 2024]; members of the Planner product team will present the session and be at the Microsoft Booth in the Expo Hall.
As you may well know, the new Planner app in Microsoft Teams is currently in Public Preview. It is simple, collaborative, and flexible – work management assisted by AI and integrated into the Microsoft 365 products you know and love. We’re bringing together the simplicity of To Do, the collaboration of Planner, the power of Project for the web and the intelligence of Microsoft Copilot into a simple, familiar and unified experience, starting in Microsoft Teams. We will highlight:
• How the new Microsoft Planner is streamlined and faster.
• Brings together all your tasks and plans in one place.
• Grows with your needs from managing your individual work to teams’ initiatives.
New Planner launch event and AMA
Join us Wednesday, April 3rd 10:00AM PDT for a “Meet the makers” new Microsoft Planner event AND Thursday, April 4th 10:00AM PDT for the new Microsoft Planner AMA (Ask Microsoft Anything) with the Microsoft Planner product team!
Join us for both of the upcoming New Planner events: April 3rd "Meet the Makers" and April 4th "New Planner AMA."
The event on Tuesday is a chance to see the latest and greatest on what Planner can do for you and hear from the product makers about new capabilities and how it supports task and work management within Microsoft Teams.
The AMA is a chance to ask any open questions and provide feedback about what you’ve learned about the New Planner. The AMA is a 90-minute opportunity to connect live with Microsoft Planner experts who will be on hand to answer your questions and listen to feedback.
Note: If you are unable to attend the live AMA hour, you can ask your question at any time on the event page below in comments and the team will get to it during the event – so check back for sure.
