Marketplace Business Central products available in CSP channel

Business Applications adds new offer types to Microsoft AppSource to assist partners who develop software in building solutions with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform products when they transact through the commercial marketplace.  

 

For example, with new offer types like, Customer Engagement, customers are provided with a purchasing process that helps them determine whether they have the affiliated Microsoft license required to support their third-party ISV offer purchase. This ensures customers can capitalize on the experience provided by the ISV.  

 

Last year we launched a Business Central offer for Web Direct and Private Deals. This year we are excited to announce we’re adding the CSP channel for Business Central, extending the reach of Business Central ISV offers to all commercial marketplace channels on AppSource.  

 

This expansion helps partners sell their Business Central offer through Microsoft’s world-wide network of Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs). It also benefits Microsoft CSPs interested in expanding their solution portfolio to include value-add Business Central applications, directly through Microsoft.  

 

ISVs benefits:  

  1. Access to sell to an ecosystem of 90K+ global sellers   
  1. Ability to incentivize CSP sellers by providing margin on their products via "CSP private offers" capability   

CSP benefits:   

  1. Access to Business Central ISV offers directly through Partner Center to expand sales opportunities by working directly within the Microsoft commerce platform.   
  1. ISV-defined discounts for each purchase made.
