We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 09/13, 08:42 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 09/13, 06:25 UTC and that during the 2 Hours & 17 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some customers may have experienced data access issue and issues with performing crud operations in West US 2 region.
