Happy World Orca Day! Today, we are excited to announce a set of new templates in Excel featuring the endangered Southern Resident orcas and data types powered by Wolfram. What are the factors contributing to their decline? Let’s use data and linked data types to explore this question.

Data science is an essential 21st century skill and one of the fastest growing fields. Through the Day of Data program by Microsoft Excel, learn important data skills using interdisciplinary subjects. With Day of Data: Orcas, explore data to better understand Kiki (a 6-year-old Southern Resident orca), her family, and factors contributing to their decline. These engaging, self-contained lessons introduce Wolfram and Power Query data types.
