Viva Connections welcomes new partners and opens developer preview

Today at Microsoft Inspire, we announced a number of new partners for Microsoft Viva. Within Viva Connections, we are proud and excited to be working with so many passionate partners to deliver world-class integrations at the general availability of Connections this fall. Here is a quick update on what we have been working on and some details on how you can get started on your Connections journey as we approach major releases later this year.

 

Personalized dashboard

Streamline visibility into your company’s critical employee resources through the personalized dashboard. An array of cards from Microsoft, partners, or custom built by you provide employees quick, one-touch access to information and actions allows them to promptly return to their jobs.

 

Partner Solutions for Viva Connections

To help you integrate with third-party apps and services or line-of-business applications, many Microsoft Partners have created cards for the upcoming Viva Connections mobile app and dashboard web part that will be available this Fall. Here’s a look at some of the solutions you’ll be able to use right away:

You can learn more about each of these partners plans on their websites or blogs they have released, such as ones from Workday, Tribute, Limeaid, or Qualtrics.

 

Here are a few early looks, which are subject to change, at some of the amazing integrations a few of the partners are looking to create.

 

Qualtrics

Bring employee surveys from Qualtrics right into Viva Connections, providing a fast and seamless way for employees to share feedback while in the flow of work.

Moveworks

The Moveworks Bot allows employees to resolve their tech issues directly in Viva Connections, instantly and autonomously, with no involvement from your IT team.

ServiceNow

This new card makes it easy to stay on top of tasks and jump directly into your ServiceNow hub.

Workday

These Workday cards offer an integrated way to keep team members on the same page when it comes to calendars. Create a team calendar, get a view of company holidays, and even submit time off requests without leaving Connections.

Start building your own dashboard cards

The Viva Connections platform is almost ready, and we are now completing our private preview with a set of partners. In the next few days, you will be able to begin building custom cards for Viva Connections and leveraging card templates.  Check out the developer blog to get started.
