Azure Log Analytics service is having issue with ingesting data and root cause has been isolated to some instances of a backend service became unhealthy after reaching an operational threshold. This resulted in the service becoming unavailable which was impacting InMem processing service. To address this issue we performed a scale up to mitigate the issue. Processes Logs are now working as expected. Some customers may experience missing or misfired alerts when using Azure Metric Alert Rules on Log Analytics resources.

We are aware of issues within Azure Monitor and are actively investigating. Some customers in West Europe may be experiencing missing or misfired alerts when using azure metric Alerts Rules on Log Analytics resources.
