Proactive Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) increases the lifetime value of your customers by expanding your customer engagements beyond transaction and renewal. By anticipating and responding to the needs of your customers, you can improve customer satisfaction, better retain subscribers, and grow your business through additional managed services.
Last July we introduced the private preview of Project Orland for Microsoft 365, a new experience in Partner Center that empowers CSP partners to proactively engage with and nurture their customers. At that time, we had a vision of what was possible, and with the help from select partners, built a more robust AI powered experience that supports a set of use cases that best serves partners and their customers.
Today we are delighted to announce that this October we will release the Public Preview of Project Orland, further democratizing access to AI-powered insights and recommendations, empowering CSP partners to support the business and technology needs of their customers, helping them to thrive.
