Derek has 25+ years of experience developing solutions that address the challenges that both commercial and public sector organizations face. 9 years ago, he joined Microsoft and turned his focus to our Federal Customers. In that time, he empowered them to develop solutions in M365, SPFx, and the Power Platform.

Over 22 years of experience in supporting and advising customers on enterprise applications. I started with Exchange 5.5 in 2000, moved from Exchange to the SharePoint world in 2007, then added Power Platform in 2019. I have held roles including Support Engineer (SE), Support Escalations Engineer (SEE), Escalation Engineer (EE), Premier Field Engineer (PFE), and Customer Engineer (CE).

Rebecca has spent the last 6+ years working as a Customer Engineer at Microsoft. Most recently she has been working in the areas of Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint. Teams App Acceleration for Government (TAAG) is an initiative designed to evangelize collaborative apps across the government community.  We understand the challenges with working in the U.S. Sovereign clouds and want to help.  Everything we demo will work in the Government Community Cloud (GCC) and potentially in the Government Community Cloud High (GCCH), and Department of Defense (DoD) cloud.
