Session Details: Learn how to use the Teams Call Queue Scheduling App to automatically assign agents to Teams call queues based on a schedule.  In partnership with our customers, Microsoft recently released a 3rd party PowerApp that allows organizations to leverage a schedule driven approach for assigning users to Teams call queues.  Users are no longer tasked with remembering to opt-in/out of their assigned call queues.

Teladoc Solo App: Solo is a purpose-built app for Teams, built in close partnership with Teams Engineering and with the needs of healthcare providers at the forefront of its design. In this session, we shall cover a Teladoc Solo demo, scenarios and Q&A.

This solution provides a GUI for schedule management and changes.  Automated scheduling using data from your existing time keeping system.  Allows for ad hoc changes to the schedule and delegated management of users in a call queue.
